Džiaugsmas niūrią dieną arba slyvų pyragas, kurio neįmanoma sugadinti
Kiek nedaug reikia, kad žmogus būtų laimingas ir vos įėjęs į namus pradėtų šypsotis nuo ausies iki ausies... Būtent tokiu mažu stebuklu yra šis paprasčiausias slyvų pyragas. Truputį slyvų, truputį cinamono ir net niūriausią dieną namuose šviečia saulė, o žmonės juose pradeda džiaugtis gyvenimu. Šiuo džiaugsmų noriu šiandien su Jumis pasidalinti.
Šio pyrago receptą gavau iš mano geros draugės Kristinos, kuri vadina šį pyragą „Slyvų pyragas, kurį neįmanoma sugadinti“. Ir ji yra visiškai teisi. Paprasčiau turbūt nebūna.
Mažam stebuklui paruošti reikės:225 g miltų
3 nubraukti šaukšteliai kepimo miltelių
85 g minkšto sviesto
140 g cukraus
1 kiaušinis
1/8 l pieno
Slyvų arba kitų vaisių
Forma 22 cm x 30 cm
Paruošti slyvas: perpjauti pusiau, išmesti kauliuką. Tešlos komponentus maišyti mikseriu, kol bus vientisą masę. Jos bus nedaug. Tešlą išpilti į išteptą sviestų ir apibarstytą džiūvėsėliais arba miltais formą. Išliginti. Ant tešlos arti vieną prie kitos dėti slyvas, perpjautą pusę aukštin. Sodriai apibarstyti cukrumi ir cinamonu – negailėkite, nes iškeptame pyrage jo beveik nesijaučia. Kepti apie 40 min. temperatūroje apie 180C.
Ši tešla yra labai universali – labai skanus pyragas gaunasi su obuoliais, su aviečių ir persikų mišiniu, su vyšniomis, su nektarinais ir t.t. Priklausomai nuo pasirinktų vaisių galima keisti cukraus kieki ir naudoti arba ne cinamoną.

kepiau šiandien šitą pyragą su raudonosiomis saldžiomis slyvomis. pritrūkau slyvų,tai įdėjau dar konservuotų abrikosų :) manau,kad slyvos bus per saldžios,nes šiaip jos tikrai neturi JOKIOS rūgštelės, bet iškepus paaiškėjo, kad rūgštelė būna kažkur pasislėpusi. man žiauriai patiko šis pyragas, nors dažniausiai esu be galo priekabi savo kepiniams ir labai retai būnu patenkinta :) ačiū už receptuką :)

Labai labai skanus pyragas gaunasi. Tik reikia tikrai nepamazint cukraus uzbarstymui, jei slyvos siek tiek rugsteles turi. Dabar turiu kepti kas antra deina savo vyrams. O kiekiu laikausi atidziai, viskas ten gerai :)
